MS Strong

MS Strong is a fitness and wellness programme that aims to provide those living with MS with resources for safe training practices based on their individual experiences.
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is collaborating with fitness centres across the UAE to bring a series of free-to-attend health and well-being classes to help you start your exercise journey.

Our Classes

The classes have been carefully curated with various exercise options to accommodate the vast range of physical movement abilities attendees might have, including those who might need to participate from a seated position or a wheelchair. Friends and family are also welcome to participate in the sessions.
