The MS Helpline, is a support call center that offers information, provides guidance and emotional support to People Living with MS (PwMS) and their friends and family. The MS Helpline is a resource for the MS community in the UAE and will be accessible through a toll-free number: 800677. It will be operational throughout the week from 10 am-10 pm.
What the Helpline offers:
- Active listening support and facilitate mental health assessments.
- Guidance, advice and information on where to find suitable medical facilities across the UAE, providing confidential and impartial assistance to the MS community.
- A safe space to access essential resources, referrals, and guidance on clinics with MS specialists.

Mental health assessments offered by trained nurses as part of follow-up protocols.
On-call referral for emergency responses.
Referrals
Directory of specialities available to callers based on a multi-disciplinary care plan.
Trained Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre (ADTC) staff to educate callers on resources available at M42.
Referrals for appointments at M42 facilities.
