Abu Dhabi, 10 December 2024 – The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) has launched the “MS Helpline,” a dedicated service providing people living with MS access to specialist healthcare information, referrals, and mental health support. The helpline is a first-of-its-kind initiative in the UAE, operating daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Supported by Mubadala through the Mubadala Foundation and operated by M42, the MS Helpline (800677) offers confidential assistance, helping callers navigate treatment options and connect with expert MS care across the country.

H.E. Ahmed Taleb Al Shamsi, CEO of the Emirates Foundation and Vice Chair of NMSS, stated, “The UAE’s leadership prioritizes advancing healthcare for all. The NMSS is committed to improving access to medical services for people with MS, and the MS Helpline will serve as a vital resource for those seeking support and guidance.”
